Position: Commercial Plumber
Location: Sussex
Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 DOE

Commercial Plumber required for our client, a HVAC and Electrical building services company, based in West Sussex. They have been well established for over 30 years, operating predominately around the Sussex area. They cover a range of sites, including local authority buildings, NHS sites, offices, schools etc.

The Commercial Plumber/Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for maintenance and repair of plant-room equipment including TMV's, heating pumps, booster sets, AHU's, pipework etc. throughout Commercial properties. The Commercial Plumber must have experience carrying out maintenance and repairs within commercial plant-rooms and hold an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, in plumbing and heating. The Commercial Plumber must also be based in Sussex.

Commercial Plumber Job Requirements

• Experience as a Commercial Plumber/Commercial Mechanical Engineer, carrying out maintenance and repairs
• Experience working on Pumps, AHU's, associated pipework etc
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing and heating
• Full Driving Licence
• Live in the Sussex area
• Able to pass a DBS check

Commercial Plumber Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary 40,000 - 45,000 DOE
• Company Van - Optional Personal Use of the vehicle
• Travel paid if working more than 14 miles from home address
