Key Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfilment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare client orders to meet strict business targets.

  • Production Support: Execute Production Orders for client packaging requirements, including setting up and cleaning down operational areas and equipment.

  • GMP Compliance: Complete all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) documentation with high accuracy within designated timelines.

  • Health & Safety: Maintain clean room and warehouse standards, follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and report any quality or safety risks.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, production, or operations environment is required. Experience within a GMP/GxP, pharmaceutical, or healthcare setting is highly desirable.

  • Environment Adaptability: Comfortable working across ambient, cold room, and freezer (-20 C) environments handling physical, manual tasks.

  • Attention to Detail: Excellent numerical and written skills with a strong ability to strictly follow SOPs and complete compliance logs accurately.

  • Transport: A valid UK driving licence and personal transport are essential due to the site location and shift pattern.
