The Role
As a Senior Planner, you will:
- Manage your own caseload of planning projects from initial instruction through to determination.
- Prepare, submit and manage a wide variety of planning applications.
- Provide expert planning advice to clients and colleagues across the wider business.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality planning solutions.
- Work across an exciting mix of residential, commercial, leisure and rural development projects.
- Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team while taking responsibility for projects independently.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Around 3-4 years' recent experience within a planning consultancy.
- MRTPI or AssocRTPI accreditation.
- Experience independently managing planning projects.
- Knowledge of the Sussex and Surrey planning landscape (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
