A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its expanding team in a newly created role driven by continued department growth.
You will advise on a broad range of private client matters, including Wills, Estate Planning, Probate, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts.
Strong drafting skills and a professional, empathetic, client-focused approach are essential, particularly when supporting elderly and vulnerable clients.
Experience of Court of Protection work would be advantageous but is not essential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected firm offering an attractive and evolving benefits package, high-quality work and genuine career development.
