If so, please read on The Person The successful person must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. You will need to be an experienced Registered Home Manager with a valid NMC Pin and ideally have your RMA or be willing to work towards it. The individual will have achieved a Good/Excellent Care Inspectorate rating in their last inspection.
