About the Teaching Assistant Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will:<ul><li>Support pupils one-to-one and in small groups across a range of activities</li><li>Assist with planning and preparing resources for lessons</li><li>Promote physical and emotional wellbeing under the guidance of teaching staff</li><li>Help pupils develop independence and self-help skills</li><li>Support therapy programmes and personal care routines</li><li>Supervise pupils during break and lunch times, encouraging positive play and social interaction</li><li>Create a positive learning environment through classroom organisation and displays</li><li>Use IT to support learning and maintain accurate records</li></ul>This role is ideal for a Teaching Assistant who is caring, patient, and committed to inclusive education.
