This role is to support the safety and wellbeing of our team members who live in our two offsite properties. You will carry out minor cosmetic repairs (not involving power tools). This could be for example, but not limited to, filling in holes left by small pins, painting over small scuffs etc and escalate more serious tasks to our Facilities team and Team Accommodation Manager. You will ensure compliance to premises licenses and registers to ensure that they are maintained and up to date including those related to all health &amp; safety, fire safety legislation, policies and procedures. You will also clean communal and some shared spaces, ensuring external pathways, walkways and staircases are clear and free of debris.
