Early Years Teaching Assistant / Nursery Practitioner - Brighton
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and caring Early Years Practitioners and Teaching Assistants to work in welcoming primary schools and nursery settings across Brighton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate Early Years professionals who enjoy supporting young children in their learning and development within a nurturing environment.
The Role:
  • Supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Assisting with engaging play-based learning activities.
  • Working one-to-one and in small groups to support children's development.
  • Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, speech and language needs, and developmental delays where required.
  • Providing personal care, including toileting and changing, while maintaining the child's dignity and promoting independence.
  • Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Experience working with children in an Early Years setting.
  • A caring, patient, and positive attitude.
  • Confidence supporting children with additional needs (desirable but not essential).
  • Willingness to provide personal care where required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant childcare qualifications are desirable but not essential for experienced candidates.
